Kate Burkhard is responsible for Business Development Operations at The Alliance Group. Prior to joining Alliance, Kate spent 8 years leading Operations & Customer Success with an IT MSP in the DMV area. Building lasting relationships with a mutual trust and respect was the cornerstone of Kate’s success in retaining customers and receiving customer referrals. Kate uses her global business operations background to increase productivity and elevate client experience. During her free time, Kate loves to find a fun weekend adventure or hit the beach with her daughter and their 2 pups!
