Yat is a Consulting Manager at The Alliance Group. Before joining Alliance, Yat was a Transaction Services Associate at Riveron Consulting. Prior to Riveron, Yat also was a Senior at EY in the Assurance practice in Baltimore and earned his CPA license. During his time as a transaction services associate, he performed financial due diligence for several clients across industries including Healthcare, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing. Yat also has experience auditing several public and private companies. Yat graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Penn State University in 2016. He likes to watch and play sports, travel, and listen to music.
